REGISTERED ARCHITECT - HEALTHCARE PROJECTS - DUBLIN
Our Client has been based in Dublin for over thirty years.
They work on a variety of projects across mutliple sectors, which
include, office spaces, healthcare buildings, hotels, retail and
resedential developments.
The successful candidates will be involved in a number of projects at
various stages, which may include an element of site based work.
Ensure projects are delivered effectively within the agreed scope and
timeline.
Skilled project level design knowledge and expertise.
Demonstrate a good understanding of Architectural Design and the
relevant parameters of performing same.
Be familiar with and demonstrate an understanding of the contractual
obligations of all parties, under various procurement routes.
Engages with consultants and clients at a project level
REQUIREMENTS
Registered Architect, or eligible for registration
*+ years post-graduation experience, working on
developing projects from inception to completion.
Good knowledge of Irish statutory requirements and procedures
including Health & Safety, Planning and Building Regulations: FSC/DAC
& BCAR.
Highly motivated, capable of working within a team and have excellent
communication skills.
Revit capability and site experience are desirable.
PACKAGE
Salary negotiable based on experience.
